ITINERARY:

Day 1: Tangier-Chefchaouen

The first day of your 8 days tour from Tangier to Casablanca. We will begin the tour in the morning from your accommodation. We will drive through the Rif Mountains during the tour, offering breathtaking panoramic views of verdant valleys and picturesque landscapes. After the drive, we will arrive at Chefchaouen, called “Blue City,” and wander through its captivating narrow streets in the medina. You can relax and enjoy a cup of mint tea at any of its lovely coffee shops while observing local life.

Later, you can visit the Kasbah Museum and spend the afternoon discovering the hidden gems around every corner of the medina. In the late evening, we suggest hiking up about an hour before sunset to the top of the hill where the Spanish Mosque is located. From there, you can witness the amazing sunset and enjoy the breathtaking views of Chefchaouen with the last reflection of sunlight. After that, come back to the central plaza for dinner and live music to experience the lively night vibes of this city.

Day 2: Chefchaouen-Fes

After enjoying breakfast in the riad, our authentic journey will begin with a scenic drive to the Roman Ruins at Volubilis, an open-air museum.
Next, we will visit Meknes, one of the Moroccan Imperial Cities with a 17th-century heritage. We will stop for lunch and explore the vast historical walls of the medina. After lunch, we will glimpse Bab el Mansour and visit Moulay Ismail’s shrine.
Later, we will drive directly to Fes, where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Fes sightseeing with a Tour Guide

This morning, after breakfast, Join a local guide to explore the oldest Medieval medina of the first Imperial Metropolis, Fes. This UNESCO World Heritage Site will fascinate you with its vibrant colors, sounds, and aromas. During the tour, we will visit the oldest University in the World, the Kairaouine.
Mosque and two Islamic non-secular universities, Medersas Attarine, and Bou Anania. We will also stroll through the Medina’s streets, taking in the sights of Tanneries and the Ceramics factory.

After that, you will have the opportunity to see the largest medina in the world from a panoramic spot. Finally, we will spend the second night at the riad.

Day 4: DAY 3: FES-IFRANE-MIDELT- ZIZ VALLEY-MERZOUGA

Today, we will leave Fes and drive through Ifrane, this beautiful and quiet town known as the Switzerland of Morocco. Our next stop will be at Cedar Forest, where you can interact with and feed the playful monkeys. After having a hearty lunch at a local restaurant, we will rest for a while and then continue our journey through the breathtaking Tizi N Talghamt to reach Errachidia. Here, we will stop to admire the panoramic view of the stunning Ziz Valley. Finally, we will get to the Merzouga desert and embark on an unforgettable camel ride to our camp.

Once we arrive, after this long day, you deserve a delicious dinner, followed by a magical evening of Berber music under the starry sky.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA OFF-ROAD TOUR – VISIT NOMADS – GNAWA MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Today is the day to explore the Merzouga region! Experience the serenity of the desert as you watch breathtaking sunrise views. Embark on an adrenaline-filled 4×4 desert adventure and visit the nomadic families. Immerse yourself in the vibrant Gnawa live music scene at Khamlia Village.
In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with one of the desert activities, such as quads or buggy rides (optional). Finally, indulge in luxury and relaxation at a luxurious riad or camp.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA – Er-RISSANI- ERFOUD – DODRA GORGE – DADES VALLEY

After breakfast, we will start our journey by exploring the lively local souk in Rissani, which used to be a significant stopping place for the Saharan caravan routes and is also known for its high-quality dates and spices. You will have the chance to discover its hidden treasures. Our next stop is Erfoud City, where you can learn about this area’s fascinating history and fossils. Get ready to be amazed by the breathtaking Todra Gorge, Berber villages, and old Kasbahs before settling into your Riad at Dades Valley.

DAY 7: DADES VALLEY-ROSE VALLEY-OURZAZATE-HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKESH

After breakfast, we will start the last day of our five-day tour to Ouarzazate (Holywood of Africa). We will take a fascinating tour of the famous Atlas Studio and marvel at the stunning kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. We will then enjoy a delectable lunch and embark on a journey through the majestic Atlas Mountains, where you’ll be able to capture unforgettable moments of breathtaking landscapes. Finally, we will end our 7-day tour from Tangier, dropping you off at your accommodation in the charming city of Marrakech.
