ITINERARY:

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN MARRAKESH- TRANSFER TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION. 

As soon as you arrive at the airport, our driver will pick you up and take you to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, we will invite you to a traditional hammam, where you can unwind with a rejuvenating steam bath and massage. And that’s not all—we’ll even treat you to a delightful Welcome Dinner. All of this is on us!

Day 2: EXPLORE THE RED CITY WITH A GUIDE.

Today, you will be going on a sightseeing guided tour of Marrakesh. The tour will be led by an experienced local guide who will take you to visit the city’s most famous landmarks, including the Mosque of Koutoubia, the Medina with its souks and narrow alleys, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia and Badi Palaces. You will also visit the Ali Ben Youssef Koranic School and the Majorelle Gardens.
Enjoy the vibrant Jamaa El Fna square in the evening before returning to your Riad in the Medina.

Day 3: MARRAKESH-HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS-OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY

After breakfast, our 7-day tour from Marrakesh will continue. You’ll embark on an incredible journey through the breathtaking High Atlas mountains via the picturesque Tizi-N-Tichka Pass.

Along the way, you’ll be accompanied by a knowledgeable guide and driver who will make stops at picturesque locations and cater to your convenience.
Ouarzazate is the gateway to the Sahara desert and Africa’s Hollywood. We can visit the Atlas Studios, the ancient and magnificent Taourirte, and Amridil Kasbahs.

If you’re traveling in the spring, we can make a special stop to witness the valley adorned with roses in full bloom. Prepare to be captivated by the fantastic rock formations, often called “monkey fingers,” while also savoring a panoramic view of the stunning Dades Gorge upon reaching the Dades Gorge. Finally, we’ll go to your hotel for an evening of relaxation, dinner, and a well-deserved overnight stay.

Day 4: DADES VALLEY- TODRA GORGE- MERZOUGA

The fourth day of your journey begins with a delightful breakfast at your hotel in the Dades Valley. You will then be taken to Tinghir, where you will witness an awe-inspiring oasis and historical kasbahs. These kasbahs were once home to Berber and Jewish communities that lived together in peace and harmony.

You will also have the opportunity to walk beneath the towering 300-meter cliffs of the Todra Gorge before embarking on your journey to the Sahara Desert. We will make a pit stop for a satisfying lunch during this journey.

Once we arrive at the desert, your camel guide and camels will be ready to take you across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi to your desert camp. While on the way, you will stop atop a high dune to witness a breathtaking sunset and engage in sandboarding activities. As night falls, our camp staff will serve a delicious dinner, and you will be entertained with mesmerizing Berber drum performances around a warm campfire beneath the starry night sky.

DAY 5: EXPLORING MERZOUGA AND ITS COMMUNITY LIFESTYLE.

On the 5th day of your Sahara Desert adventure, we have an exciting explorative journey planned for you that you will cherish for a lifetime. We suggest waking up early to witness a serene sunrise from your campsite. Savor a delicious breakfast before we pick you up in a 4×4 vehicle for our thrilling adventure.

Our first stop is the nomadic area, where you’ll be warmly welcomed into one of their tents for tea. Here, you’ll get an opportunity to learn about their way of life in this harsh environment and gain a new perspective.
Next, we’ll visit an abandoned village and explore the Galena mines. After that, we’ll drive to Khamlia, where you’ll have the opportunity to listen to the locals playing Gnaoua music. This unique style of music originated in southern African countries.

We’ll then take a break and enjoy a delicious lunch at a charming local restaurant before continuing our journey back to the camp and crossing the magnificent dunes.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA- RISSANI-AGDEZ-AIT BEN HADDOU

Wake up early and witness the breathtaking sunrise from the dunes.
Today, we are embarking on a journey that will take you through the heart of Morocco.
Our first stop is the old city of Rissani. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant colors and sounds of the traditional souk.
From there, we’ll drive through the awe-inspiring Draa Valley and stop in Agdez to enjoy the most beautiful valley landscapes you’ve ever seen.
We’ll arrive at Ait Ben Haddou in the evening, and you will enjoy the sunset and Kasbah’s views from your riad.

DAY 7: AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – MARRAKECH

Our journey begins with a delicious breakfast at your riad before we head towards Marrakesh.
Next, we will venture to the captivating Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO-protected site of significant historical value. This fortress is a must-see destination, featured in iconic films and TV shows like Game of Thrones, The Mummy, and Gladiator.
We will pass through the majestic High Atlas Mountains as we continue our journey.
Our tour concludes with a drop-off at your Marrakech accommodation, ensuring your safe return.
